Background
Every month, an estimated 100,000-300,000 congratulatory flower boards are ordered across Indonesia. Most are used briefly, then discarded as waste.
OhMyBoard reimagines the congratulatory board as something reusable, more personal, and more memorable.

On the admin side, every order becomes a structured workflow. The team can confirm orders, verify payment, send production proof, and document everything through a single system.
The system keeps the business organized, reduces manual tracking, and creates a documented production archive.

Production
Once an order is submitted, it enters the production system. The board is prepared, produced, and delivered based on the customer's request. If the customer chooses to rent the board, OhMyBoard retrieves it after the event so it can be reused for future orders.
